Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cook to join our culinary team at Romeo's located in Broadmead Village. In this role, you will play a vital part in preparing high-quality dishes that reflect our commitment to excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Prepare ingredients and assist in the cooking process to ensure timely meal service.

  • Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
  • Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff to optimize workflow.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.

Qualifications

Proven experience in food preparation or cooking roles.

  • Strong knowledge of food safety practices.
  • Excellent knife skills and culinary techniques.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is mandatory.
  • A passion for Italian cuisine is a plus.
  • Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
