We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties

  • Prepare ingredients and assist in meal preparation according to recipes and standards
  • Cook and assemble dishes with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment
  • Follow food safety protocols and proper handling procedures at all times
  • Assist with inventory management by stocking ingredients and supplies as needed
  • Support the team during busy service hours by efficiently managing multiple tasks
  • Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands
  • Adhere to portion control guidelines and presentation standards for all menu items

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen environments preferred
  • Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety regulations
  • Strong understanding of food handling procedures and sanitation practices
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration
  • Basic knife skills and familiarity with kitchen equipment are advantageous
  • Passion for the food industry and a desire to learn and grow within the culinary field
