Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Milton, ON, for a Condominium Manager. The Condominium Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of assigned properties, including financial management, supervising staff and contractors, addressing resident inquiries, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and bylaws. Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, preparing financial and operational reports, coordinating annual meetings, and implementing proactive solutions to optimize property value and enhance community satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Property Management, including financial oversight, property maintenance planning, and compliance with relevant regulations and condominium bylaws.
  • Strong communication skills to enable clear and effective interactions with residents, contractors, and stakeholders, including issue resolution and reporting.
  • Proficiency in administrative and organizational skills, including preparing reports, managing budgets, contracts, and organizing meetings.
  • Sound problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing issues as they arise.
  • Certification or accreditation in property management (e.g., RCM or equivalent) is an asset.
  • Familiarity with condominium management software and tools is desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional, customer-focused environment.
  • Experience in a similar on-site role, preferably in condominium management, is highly valued.
