is a trusted importer and distributor of Vietnamese products to Canada and global markets, with over 15 years of experience and a strong nationwide distribution network.
Our subsidiary, KDExpress,
provides international transportation and logistics solutions, specializing in fast, safe, and cost-effective shipping from Vietnam to Canada and beyond.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Account Management
- Identify and approach potential customers, including restaurants, markets, supermarkets, and businesses in Canada, to expand the company's distribution and logistics network.
- Conduct sales meetings, product/service presentations, and negotiations.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and contracts.
- Provide after-sales support and ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Track customer orders and coordinate with internal teams (operations, warehouse, finance).
Marketing & Business Development
- Support sales and marketing campaigns, promotions, and trade activities in both offline and online approaches.
- Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Represent the company in customer meetings, networking, and industry events.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer service (FMCG, Retail, Wholesales preferred).
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
- Language: Vietnamese, English required; Chinese is a plus.
