We're Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has a strong work ethic and genuine love for dogs

  • Brings exceptional customer service skills

  • Can multi-task while staying organized and professional
  • Can answer a busy phone system & book appointments

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supervising and managing groups of dogs in daycare
  • Feeding dogs and maintaining detailed feeding logs
  • Handling a busy phone system and front reception
  • Booking appointments and assisting clients
  • Using various programs: Microsoft Office, Retail POS systems, Canva, and CapCut
  • Providing excellent customer service and resolving issues professionally
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety throughout the facility
  • Walking small groups of dogs and ensuring their well-being
  • Working independently and as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on dog handling experience (required)
  • Previous retail experience
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to follow established protocols
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Flexible availability (evenings & weekends required)

Compensation:

  • Wage negotiable based on experience
  • Always above minimum wage
