Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a motivated and qualified Ticketed Plumber or Pipefitter to enhance our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in our construction projects and contribute to the continued success and growth of Ridgeline Mechanical Ltd.

Projects You Will Be Working On:

  • Commercial plumbing
  • Boiler and heating upgrades
  • Gas piping
  • Pump stations and water treatment plants
  • Cutting, grooving and threading pipe

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute plumbing tasks in accordance with industry standards.
  • Interpret and proficiently read blueprints to ensure accurate project implementation.
  • Install waterlines, drainage/venting systems, and fixtures with precision and efficiency.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members while also being capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to occasionally work out of town to support project requirements.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.

Qualifications:

  • Valid trade qualification (TQ) in Pipefitting or Plumbing.
  • B Gas ticket is an asset.
  • Fluent in reading and interpreting blueprints.
  • Proven experience in the installation of waterlines, drainage/venting, and fixtures.
  • Successful completion of a criminal record check.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Valid driver's license.
