Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in providing high-quality resident care in a long term care home. Responsibilities

  • Provide direct resident care.
  • Administer medications and monitor residents for adverse reactions or side effects.
  • Assist in pain management and develop care plans tailored to individual resident needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident assessments.
  • Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure continuity of care for resident.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for resindets, adhering to infection control protocols.
  • Document all resident interactions accurately.

Qualifications

  • Valid LPN license
  • Knowledge of pain management techniques and senior care practices is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Compassionate approach to resident care with a focus on enhancing quality of life.
