Licensed Practical Nurse

We're hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work directly with our Hormone Nurse Practitioners/Physician Team in a fast-growing medical wellness and hormone therapy practice.
What You'll Do
- Support hormone and medical wellness patients under a Nurse Practitioner
- Complete patient intakes, vitals, focused assessments, and health histories
- Review lab results with patients and flag concerns to the NP
- Provide patient education related to hormone therapy and treatment plans
- Document care clearly and accurately in the medical record
- Coordinate follow-ups and collaborate closely with the clinical team
What We're Looking For
- Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) registration in Alberta
- Strong assessment, documentation, and patient communication skills
- Comfort working in hormone therapy or medical wellness (training provided)
- Professional, detail-oriented, and clinically grounded
- Someone who values doing things properly, not loosely

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
