About AMFIIT

AMFIIT is a rapidly growing on-site fitness company delivering high-quality personal training, and group fitness classes directly inside residential condo gyms. We focus on creating community, improving wellness, and providing a premium coaching experience where people live, work, and play.

We are expanding our class offerings in 2026 and are looking for energetic, reliable, and professional instructors to join our team.

Role Overview

We are seeking two types of instructors:

1. Strength & Conditioning Instructor – To lead high-energy, well-structured Total Body FIIT, Bootcamp, and mobility-based classes.

2. Zumba Instructor – To lead fun, music-driven Zumba classes.

If you can teach both, even better — but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver safe, engaging, and motivating group fitness classes (6–25 participants depending on space)

  • Arrive early to set up equipment and prepare the session

  • Modify exercises for various fitness levels and restrictions

  • Maintain a positive and professional presence as a representative of AMFIIT

  • Create a welcoming class environment that keeps residents coming back

  • Communicate with AMFIIT's leadership team regarding scheduling, attendance, and feedback

Qualifications

Strength & Conditioning Instructor should have:

  • Experience teaching group fitness or training clients

  • Strong understanding of strength training, cardio conditioning, and movement mechanics

  • Ability to cue clearly and safely

Zumba Instructor should have:

  • Valid Zumba certification and experience teaching live classes

  • Ability to lead high-energy, rhythm-based sessions

General Requirements:

  • CPR/First Aid (or willingness to obtain)

  • Reliability, punctuality, and strong communication skills

  • Positive, motivating energy

  • Liability insurance or willing to obtain

  • Available evenings and/or weekends

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 1 – 6 per week
