Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a strong understanding of food and beverage offerings. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficiency and professionalism throughout the service.

Duties

  • Greet guests and make them feel comfortable
  • Learn menu items and be able to describe them appropriately to guests
  • Take beverage and food orders
  • Deliver beverages and food in a timely manner
  • Check in with guests to ensure that everything is going well
  • Clear dirty dishes from table
  • Refill beverages throughout the meal
  • Deliver guests' bill and thank them for dining at the restaurant
  • Work with other servers and be a team player
  • Set up your serving section
  • Stock server station
  • Clean your server section
  • Closing side work after your shift
  • Upsell food and beverage items to enhance the guest experience and increase sales.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including bussing tables as needed.
  • Assist with hosting duties during peak hours, managing guest flow effectively.

Requirements

  • Experience preferred
  • Excellent oral communication skills
  • Personable and friendly attitude
  • Must be able to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced team environment
  • Must be able to work weekday and weekend shifts

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.60 per hour
