**Job Summary**

Do you understand detailing and manicuring tables, and the importance of guest interaction? Do you know how to wow your guests, with not just service but hospitality? We are looking for experienced professional servers to join our team with the sole intention of executing a well crafted intentional experience bringing people, food, music and drink together down the Rabbit Hole.

**Responsibilities**
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, providing menus and information about daily specials.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all requests are communicated to the kitchen staff.
- Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
- Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards and regulations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and quality control.

**Experience**
- 2yrs minimum experience in a restaurant is required. Fine dining experience preferred.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety practices.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.
- A positive attitude with a focus on helping others and providing excellent customer service.
