**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome guests brightly and prompt them to their tables.
- Take orders from guests and place them into the POS, and answer any questions and suggest recommendations about our food and drinks including providing
- Serve food and drinks to the tables efficiently.
- Prepare bills for customers when required.
- Bus tables in a timely manner, and place tableware for our next guests.
- Make simple cocktails and prepare other drinks, pour draft beers, and refill water jugs.
- Pack takeout orders and answer the phone in a positive manner.
- Troubleshoot restaurant issues such as complaints with a positive attitude.
- Stock drink canteens, napkins, chopsticks, and other service items.
- Sweep, mop, wash barware, clean bathrooms at the end of each night.

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of serving or waitering experience is required.

**Skills**
- Must have excellent people skills.
- Teamwork-oriented and conversational skills.
- Positive and outgoing attitude.
- Enthusiasm and energetic mindset.
- Attention to cleanliness at all times.
- Punctuality and flexibility is a must.
- Quick on their feet.
- Great communication skills between other servers and kitchen staff.

Certification: Smart Serve, SIR or equivalent required

Pay: $17.20-$24.50 per hour
