Nous sommes présentement à la recherche d'un(e) adjoint(e) administrative bilingue, énergique, organisé et d'expérience, afin de soutenir notre pratique en croissance. Ce rôle convient parfaitement à une personne qui s'épanouit dans un milieu de travail rapide, apprécie la variété des tâches et souhaite contribuer au bon fonctionnement d'un bureau juridique.

RESPONSABILITÉS PRINCIPALES

Dans ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle essentiel dans les opérations quotidiennes du cabinet, notamment :

  • Offrir un soutien administratif aux adjointes juridiques et à l'avocate
  • Gérer l'ouverture et la fermeture de dossiers, la facturation et les comptes fournisseurs
  • Assister dans les dossiers de testaments et successions
  • Soutenir les transactions immobilières
  • Superviser les tâches de réception et l'administration générale du bureau
  • Assurer la numérisation et la bonne organisation des dossiers
  • Effectuer des tâches de tenue de livres légère
  • Contribuer à l'amélioration continue de nos procédures internes

CE QUE NOUS RECHERCHONS

Nous espérons que vous possédez :

  • Une expérience en travail administratif de bureau, incluant une certaine tenue de livres
  • Une excellente maîtrise de Microsoft Word, Excel et Adobe
  • Un atout : connaissance de Unity Accounting (ESI Law) et RealtiWeb (LawyerDoneDeal)
  • D'excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles et un grand souci du détail
  • Une attitude proactive et le désir de simplifier et améliorer les procédures internes
  • Une aisance avec la rétroaction — tant pour en donner que pour en recevoir
  • Le bilinguisme (anglais/français) est requis
  • Un permis de conduire valide en Ontario ainsi que votre propre voiture

ABOUT US

We are a small, dynamic boutique law firm committed to exceptional client service and a collaborative work environment. We are currently seeking an energetic, organized, and experienced bilingual Administrative Assistant to support our growing practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys variety in their work, and is eager to contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of a legal office.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

In this position, you will play an integral role in daily firm operations, including:

  • Providing administrative support to law clerks and the lawyer
  • Managing file opening, file closing, invoicing, and accounts payable
  • Assisting in wills and estates files
  • Supporting real estate transactions
  • Overseeing receptionist duties and general office administration
  • Ensuring proper digitization and organization of files
  • Performing light bookkeeping tasks
  • Helping us continually improve internal procedures

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We hope you will bring:

  • Experience in office administrative work, including some bookkeeping
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe
  • Bonus points for familiarity with Unity Accounting (ESI Law) and RealtiWeb (LawyerDoneDeal)
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A proactive mindset and a desire to help systems and workflows run more smoothly
  • A love of feedback—both giving and receiving
  • Bilingualism (English/French) is required
  • An Ontario valid driver's license and access to your own vehicle
