Jacksonport Dental is hiring a Marketing & Operations Assistant to support our growing clinic in Calgary.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both marketing and day-to-day operations, and is passionate about delivering great patient experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & Digital

  • Support digital marketing activities across Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and online directories.
  • Manage and update the clinic's Google Business Profile; coordinate website updates with the web team.
  • Encourage and track online reviews from satisfied patients.
  • Create simple social media posts, announcements, and clinic updates.
  • Coordinate with external marketing partners and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly marketing performance reports.

Operations & Administration

  • Assist the front desk team (phone calls, patient check-in/out, scheduling).
  • Ensure recall calls and patient follow-ups are completed daily and properly documented.
  • Monitor appointment flow and work to minimize scheduling gaps.
  • Support smooth daily operations between clinical and administrative teams.

Patient Experience

  • Assist with in-clinic promotions, patient campaigns, and seasonal initiatives.
  • Communicate professionally with patients via phone, email, and social media.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of digital marketing is an asset (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO basics, online reviews).
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer service, or clinic/hospitality operations is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Comfortable with Google Workspace/MS Office and social media tools.
  • Organized, reliable, proactive, and great with follow-ups.
  • Friendly team player with a willingness to learn healthcare operations.

Compensation

  • Competitive, based on experience.
