This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced advisor to step into a busy, well-supported shop where performance is recognized and long-term stability matters.

What's In It for You:

(Paid after successful completion of a 90-day probation with no handbook violations)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers and accurately assess vehicle service needs
  • Write clear, detailed repair orders and obtain proper authorizations
  • Communicate effectively with technicians, parts staff, and customers
  • Present maintenance and repair recommendations professionally
  • Provide timely updates throughout the service process
  • Review completed repairs and invoices with customers
  • Maintain high CSI scores and strong customer retention
  • Follow dealership processes and manufacturer guidelines

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Previous automotive Service Advisor experience is a strong asset.
  • Chrysler / Stellantis experience is a strong asset
  • Familiarity with PBS DMS is an asset
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
  • Professional appearance and customer-first mindset
  • Reliable work ethic with a positive, team-oriented attitude
