Medical Spa Team Member (Experience-Based Role)

Location: Kamloops, B.C.

Job Type: Flexible part-time to start

Wage will be considered based on experience and performance

We are a busy, growing medical spa seeking a professional and client-focused team member to join our practice. This position is experience-based, with responsibilities tailored to the successful candidate's skills and background.

Responsibilities May Include:

  • Performing aesthetic and/or laser treatments (where certified)
  • Client consultations and education
  • Front desk and reception duties
  • Scheduling, charting, and client management using Jane App
  • Sales, retail recommendations, and client relationship building
  • Supporting daily clinic operations

Preferred Experience (2+ years in at least 2 categories) :

  • Medical aesthetics or esthetics
  • Laser technology
  • Reception or administrative support
  • Sales or customer service in a medical or spa setting
  • Experience using Jane App or similar clinic management software
  • Social media or Marketing

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with digital booking systems and client records
  • Passion for client care and the aesthetics industry
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Set scheduled shifts with the flexibility to book additional days when there is demand
