We are seeking a skilled Frontend Developer with proven expertise in Flutter and web technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate not only delivers high-quality code but also contributes to architectural discussions and product direction. You're someone with the drive to grow into a strong senior leader while still being hands-on. You will work closely with designers, backend developers, product and stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Development of responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
  • Architect and implement features using Flutter, and
  • Collaborate with backend developers, UX/UI designers, and product managers to deliver seamless user experiences.
  • Evaluate and improve frontend architecture for scalability, performance, and maintainability.
  • Ensure cross-platform compatibility, including browser/device testing and optimization.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback and mentor junior developers.
  • Keep up to date with emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes for web and mobile applications.
  • Take ownership of critical features and drive them from ideation through production, with an eye toward long-term impact.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional Flutter development experience.
  • 5+ years of front-end development experience
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, and modern frontend tooling (Webpack, Vite, Babel).
  • Experience with any web frameworks (Reactjs, Nextjs, Angular or Vuejs )  for building modern, scalable web applications.
  • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., Provider, BLoC, Redux).
  • Strong grasp of RESTful APIs and backend integration.
  • Understanding of UI/UX principles, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
  • Proven ability to step beyond coding. Thinking about scalability, user experience, and long-term maintainability.
  • Familiarity with automated testing frameworks (Playwright, Flutter Test).
  • Experience with version control (Git) and agile development methodologies.

Nice to Have

  • A degree, certificate or diploma in a relevant area of study is a plus
  • Experience with server-side rendering and SEO optimization.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Bitrise, Codemagic).
  • Knowledge of performance profiling and optimization techniques.
  • Understanding of cloud deployment environments (Firebase, AWS).
