About the Role

We're looking for a
Child and Youth Therapist (RSW or RCC)
who brings both skill and soul to their work. You'll support children, teens, and families navigating the full spectrum of life's challenges — from anxiety, trauma, and neurodiversity to identity development and family transitions.

You'll have the opportunity to work collaboratively with a seasoned team that values reflection, shared learning, and community care.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling Psychology, or related field
  • Registered (or eligible) with the
    BC College of Social Workers
    or
    BC Association of Clinical Counsellors
  • Minimum two years' clinical experience preferred (new grads with strong training and supervision welcome)
  • Experience supporting children and youth with diverse needs: ASD, ADHD, anxiety, trauma, family transitions, and more
  • Availability for after-school, evening, and/or weekend sessions
