About This Opportunity:
We're looking for someone who lives at the intersection of customer value and revenue impact—a marketer who knows that a great lifecycle strategy doesn't just nurture customers; it drives business growth.
As our Lifecycle & Expansion Marketing Manager, you'll own the strategy and execution of lifecycle programs that build engagement, accelerate expansion, and even boost new business pipeline. You'll design journeys that make every touchpoint count, turning insights, data, and behaviour into campaigns that deliver real impact.
This isn't a "set it and forget it" kind of job. You'll experiment, optimize, and collaborate across teams to make lifecycle marketing one of our biggest growth levers. You'll partner closely with Customer Marketing, Product Marketing, and Revenue Ops to connect the dots between customer experience and business results.
If you're the kind of marketer who loves digging into data, testing new ideas, and proving that good nurture drives revenue, not just opens and clicks, you'll fit right in.
You'll have the chance to shape how Docebo thinks about lifecycle marketing—owning the programs that turn engagement into revenue. You'll be part of a modern Revenue Marketing team that values experimentation, data, and impact over vanity metrics.
Repsonsibilities:
  • Lifecycle Strategy & Optimization
  • Build and run lifecycle programs that engage customers and prospects throughout their journey—from first interaction to expansion.
  • Segment audiences, define triggers, and measure what matters—engagement, conversion, and pipeline growth.
  • Continuously test, learn, and optimize nurture programs to drive both customer expansion and new business impact.
Expansion & Growth CampaignsCreate targeted campaigns that turn signals into revenue—upsells, cross-sells, and re-engagement opportunities.Partner with Product Marketing and Revenue Marketing to bring the right message to the right audience at the right time.
Collaboration & ImpactWork side-by-side with Customer Marketing to align lifecycle and advocacy programs so we're hitting every growth opportunity.Partner with Customer Success and Product teams to identify customer signals that guide engagement and retention strategies.Collaborate with RevOps to ensure clean data, accurate segmentation, and clear reporting on what's driving results.
Measurement & ReportingOwn key metrics like expansion ARR, pipeline contribution, and nurture performance.Turn data into insights—what's working, what's not, and what to test next.Help shape how Docebo measures lifecycle success across the business. Requirements:
  • 4+ years in lifecycle, CRM, or growth marketing within B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success building and optimizing nurture programs that generate real pipeline and expansion impact.
  • Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce—you're not afraid to get into the weeds.
  • Strong analytical chops: A/B testing, cohort analysis, and experimentation are second nature.
  • A self-starter mindset—curious, data-driven, and motivated to make things happen.
Benefits & Perks -Generous Vacation Policy, plus extra floating holidays to use for religious or cultural events that matter to you -Employee Share Purchase Plan -Career progression/internal mobility opportunities -Four employee resource groups to get involved with (the Docebo Women's Alliance, PRIDE, BIDOC, and Green Ambassadors) -WeWork partnership and "Work from Anywhere" program
