Key Responsibilities:

Process Design & Optimization

  • · Analyze current processes and workflows and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • · Design, develop and document future-state processes that leverage automation including but not limited to all IT service management processes related to ODP.
  • · Develop
    process maps
    ,
    operating procedures and governance frameworks
    to ensure compliance and scalability.

Change Management

  • · Create and execute
    change management strategies
    to support adoption of new data and AI solutions and associated processes.
  • · Conduct
    stakeholder analysis and develop communication, training, and engagement
    plans.
  • · Monitor and measure
    change readiness and adoption
    , adjusting strategies as needed.

Collaboration & Leadership

  • · Partner with
    internal and external teams
    to communicate process details and seek alignment and buy-in.
  • · Act as a liaison between
    technical teams and non-technical stakeholders
    to ensure clarity.
  • · Champion a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Business, Public Administration, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • process design, business analysis, and change management within complex organizations.
  • data governance and public sector compliance requirements.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder influencing and management skills.
  • Prosci Change Management, Lean Six Sigma, or Business Process Management are an asset.
  • Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously and work in an agile, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of Government of Ontario's structure and business processes.

  • Experience working in a
    data & AI environment
    and understanding unique data and AI concepts.

  • Experience with Azure and Databricks.
