Overview of Role

The Manager, Results & Transformation is responsible for managing client relationships at the project level and ensuring Mensana delivers on its commitments. Managers lead on-site implementation teams, coach Consultants, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards.

Acting as a bridge between client leadership and project delivery teams, Managers ensure results are achieved, while also supporting the development of consultants and contributing to business development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:


• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as the on-site lead for delivery teams.


• Design project approaches, schedules, management systems, process, and process improvements.


• Prepare client presentations, critiques, documentation, and performance updates linking operational and updates linking operational improvements to financial results.


• Provide leadership, mentoring, and training Consultants and Senior Consultants.


• Manage the project schedules and budgets to ensure on-time and on-budget completion of project deliverables.


• Train client management teams on the Mensana methodology, processes, results-based culture.


• Build strong relationships at all levels of client organizations.


• Contribute to Mensana's knowledge base by refining tools, templates and methodologies.


• Participate in assessments for new clients and support business development opportunities.


• Identify opportunities for additional work within existing accounts and collaborate with Directors and Business Development.


• Foster a mindset that supports client workplace health and safety, in line with regulations.


• Ensure compliance with Mensana governance and quality standards.

• Project deliverables consistently completed on time and within budget.


• Client sign-off that results have been achieved or exceeded.


• High-quality presentations, reports, and scorecards used to communicate results internally and externally.


• Consultants are developed and coached to deliver higher levels of responsibility.


• Strong, trust-based client relationships maintained at all levels, resulting in repeat opportunities.


• Contribution to additional project opportunities through assessments or referrals.

Ideal Experience

To successfully execute the role of Manager, Results & Transformation, the ideal experience includes:


• Project Leadership: Experience leading project teams in a consulting or implementation environment, delivering measurable financial and operational improvements.


• Client Management: Proven ability to build relationships across client organizations, from frontline managers to senior leaders.


• Change Implementation: Hands-on experience implementing processes, systems, and performance cultures in complex client environments.


• Training & Development: Ability to mentor Consultants and train client teams in new methodologies.


• Business Development Support: Experience contributing to client assessments, proposals, or expansions of existing projects.


• Industry Exposure: A background across multiple industries, demonstrating adaptability and versatility.

Qualifications:


• Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree an asset.


• Minimum 3 years of experience in management consulting, business transformation, or performance improvement (senior positions require 5+ years).


• Demonstrated experience leading on-site client projects or implementing operational changes that improved cash flow or performance.


• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and logical thinking skills with high attention to detail.


• Skilled communicator, both oral and written; proficient in developing presentations and facilitating workshops.


• Fluent in English (both oral and written), fluency in additional languages (primarily French and Spanish) is an asset.


• Valid passport required (Canadian, U.S, or Mexican passport holders must be TN Visa eligible under USMCA).


• Ability to travel 100%; valid passport required.


• Flexible to work hours aligned with client schedules (e.g., temporary night shift, occasional evenings, weekends, or US holidays).


• Access to a car for Toronto-based client projects.


• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Outlook, Access).

Working Conditions


• Frequent travel (up to 100%, M–F) at client sites.


• Flexibility to align with client schedules (including occasional evenings, weekends, or U.S./Canadian holidays).


• Hybrid collaboration with Mensana leadership team when not traveling.


• Participation in monthly manager training at head office and quarterly consultant training when available.
