Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled, licensed and dedicated 310T Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various types of cranes and heavy vehicles. This role requires a strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The Mechanic will ensure that all equipment operates efficiently and safely, contributing to the overall productivity of our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance on cranes, vehicles and equipment, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Repair or replace faulty parts and components as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs and maintenance performed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to troubleshoot complex mechanical problems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
  • Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies related to crane mechanics.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a 310T Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and equipment.
  • Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair tools is essential.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to interact with team members and clients effectively.
  • Certification as a 310T Mechanic is mandatory.
