As a Rogers Sales Associate, you will be introducing, advising on, and enrolling clients in Rogers' solutions through diverse channels, including phone, secure messaging, and virtual consultation platforms. This Rogers Sales Associate role is central to driving customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction by delivering expert and compliant sales support.

Core Functions of the Rogers Sales Associate

  • Launch targeted sales campaigns through digital platforms, community activations, and localized engagement to promote Rogers' services.
  • Present Rogers' wireless, internet, TV, and home security solutions with recommendations tailored to customer profiles and service eligibility.
  • Guide customers through plan selection, eligibility checks, and activation workflows to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Update CRM systems with detailed notes on customer preferences, service milestones, and follow-up actions to support retention.
  • Resolve service and billing inquiries across digital and phone-based channels with clarity and professionalism.
  • Analyze sales metrics and customer feedback to identify upsell opportunities and refine sales strategies.

Education & Experience Needed for the Rogers Sales Associate

  • High school diploma or GED required; coursework in communications, marketing, or business is a plus.
  • Experience in sales, outreach, or activation—ideally within telecom, retail, or subscription-based environments with quota-driven performance.
  • Proficient in CRM platforms and digital workflow tools, with emphasis on accurate data entry, pipeline tracking, and sales process management.
