Are you driven to increase sales and provide excellent customer service? You have what it takes to be part of our team We pride ourselves on quality customer service. We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented, and hard-working Sales Associates to assist customers in our store. You will be trained on product knowledge and in sales to gain skills and confidence as a Sales Associate but prior retail or sales experience is an asset.

Responsibilities:

Provide a positive and engaging environment for customers and meet their needs, replace sold inventory with backstock, merchandise and face product within the store, additionally sell second pairs/accessory and shoe care items, meet individual, department and store-wide quotas, maintain open lines of communication with supervisor and management, perform other duties as requested by the supervisor

Requirements:

Must be able to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment, be comfortable to using ladder/stairs, must be able to carry multiple shoeboxes (up to 40lbs), must be willing to work scheduled hours including nights and weekends, prior retail or sales experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
