Parts Customer Service Administrator

$21 - $23 per hour

A day in the life:

This role supports the service and field teams by assisting with estimate processing. Responsibilities include (but are not limited to) sourcing parts, maintaining pricing accuracy, updating and coordinating estimate edits and client communications. Success in this fast-paced, high-volume role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and problem-solve under pressure. The work is highly administrative and requires someone who can manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain communication with technicians, internal teams, and customers to ensure timely updates and issue resolution.
  • Support the estimate workflow by reviewing partially created estimates for accuracy, making necessary edits, and handling client follow-ups.
  • Monitor internal reports and virtual boards to help keep service calls moving forward efficiently.

What you bring:

  • High school graduation required
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
  • Experience with a current ERP system an asset
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, follow instructions, and apply critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated ability and proficiency in MS Office suite of applications
