Maximum Powersports Hawkesbury – Concessionnaire BRP

Maximum Powersports, concessionnaire BRP établi à Hawkesbury et fier détenteur de la gamme complète Ski-Doo, Lynx, Can-Am, Sea-Doo et plus encore, est à la recherche d'un(e) conseiller(ère) aux ventes pour rejoindre son équipe dynamique.

Description du poste

Le ou la conseiller(ère) aux ventes aura la responsabilité d'accueillir les clients, cerner leurs besoins, présenter les produits BRP et les accompagner dans l'ensemble du processus d'achat. La personne recherchée doit offrir un service à la clientèle exemplaire tout en contribuant à l'atteinte des objectifs de vente du concessionnaire.

Responsabilités principales


• Accueillir et conseiller les clients sur les produits BRP (motoneiges, VTT, VCC, motomarines, etc.)


• Présenter clairement les caractéristiques, avantages et options de financement


• Effectuer les suivis clients, en personne comme par téléphone ou courriel


• Maintenir une excellente connaissance de la gamme complète BRP et des nouveautés


• Préparer la documentation nécessaire aux transactions


• Participer aux activités promotionnelles et événements du concessionnaire


• Contribuer à un environnement de travail positif et orienté client

Compétences et qualifications recherchées


• Expérience en vente, idéalement dans le domaine récréatif ou automobile


• Bon sens de la communication et approche client professionnelle


• Capacité à travailler dans un environnement dynamique


• Intérêt marqué pour les produits motorisés et la marque BRP


• Connaissance de base en informatique et outils CRM


• Bilinguisme français/anglais (un atout)
