**Responsabilities**:

- **Set the vision** - Build and execute marketing strategies that strengthen our leadership in natural personal care.
- **Inspire a team** - Mentor and grow a talented group (Product Manager/Analyst, Social Media Specialist, Graphic Designer).
- **Win at retail** - Partner with Sales on in-store promotions, POS displays, and trade presentations.
- **Fuel innovation** - Support new product development and lifecycle management.
- **Measure success** - Manage the marketing budget and track KPIs across digital and retail.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven marketing leadership in CPG, personal care, or a related consumer brand.
- Expertise in digital marketing and e-commerce.
- Experience with retail/trade marketing in FDM channels.
- Creative, data-driven, collaborative leader.
- Passion for natural products and sustainability.
