ARO Inc. is seeking a paralegal (entry level) to perform various duties related to maintaining an office setting and assist the legal team with drafting, filing pleadings for Small Claims Court, sending the pleadings to process servers, contacting the courts to follow on issued document and garnishment funds; preparing interest calculation in excel, scheduling hearings, communicating with defendants and their representatives, handling courts' correspondence and perform other administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be computer literate with superior organization and time management skills, ability to work well under pressure; and, to exercise sound judgment in a fast paced environment.

Daily attendance in the office required. A hybrid work schedule may be available after probationary period. (Office is located in Burlington). Salary is commensurate with experience.
