Baka Pozd Business Consultancy is seeking a professional and friendly Office Receptionist to join our team in Toronto. This role is perfect for individuals who excel in communication, organization, and providing a welcoming first point of contact for clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and employees in a professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain the office calendar.
  • Maintain and update client and visitor records.
  • Handle office inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and document management.
  • Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support smooth office operations.
  • Support minor clerical duties including data entry and office supply management.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (Toronto experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Professional, organized, and able to multitask efficiently.
  • Friendly and approachable demeanor with strong customer service orientation.
