What You Bring
Skills and Knowledge:
- A deep passion for making an impact and preparing yourself for leadership.
- A proven ability to excel in entrepreneurial environments with minimal supervision.
- A strong desire to learn key areas of business management such as interpreting accounting statements, managing safety and compliance programs, reviewing legal contracts, preparing annual operating plans, preparing for investor due diligence, etc.

Professional Experience:
- 10+ years of demonstrated experience executing challenging career milestones (broad variety depending on the individual's background). Examples include (note: we don't expect candidates to have experience with everything but we do expect them to learn everything):
- Experience with finance/accounting, project management, managing logistics, or legal contracts
Education:
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in anything business or STEM related and additional courses to progress both in business understanding (such as an MBA) and preparing for leadership positions.
