Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced General to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed according to specifications, on schedule, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, quality control, and effective team supervision.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
  • Manage project timelines and budgets, coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera P6 for project tracking and reporting.
  • Review blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate implementation of project plans.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Implement quality control measures throughout the project lifecycle to maintain high standards of workmanship.
  • Provide guidance and supervision to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Skills

  • Proficient in construction management software including ProCore, Bluebeam, and Primavera P6.
  • Strong supervisory experience with a proven track record in managing construction teams effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction processes, quality control measures, budgeting, and estimating.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.30-$22.50 per hour
