About the Role:
We're seeking a
Senior Financial Analyst
to join a high-performing finance team based in Mississauga. This role is ideal for a results-driven professional who enjoys analyzing data, building financial models, and partnering with leadership to drive business performance.
You'll play a key role in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, while supporting strategic decision-making and continuous process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning and forecasting cycles, including annual budgets and quarterly updates
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports, KPIs, and variance analyses
- Build and maintain financial models to support business planning and scenario analysis
- Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve financial performance
- Partner with operations, sales, and other teams to deliver actionable insights
- Support month-end and year-end reporting as required
- Contribute to enhancements in financial reporting tools and processes
Qualifications:
- CPA designation (or in final stages) strongly preferred
- 4–6 years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with ERP or BI tools is an asset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Experience in
leasing, asset management, or financial services industries
is a strong asset - Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment
