Required
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform in a technical capacity.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, configuration tools, and platform capabilities.
- Experience providing technical oversight on Salesforce development including Apex, Lightning Components, Flows, and API integrations.
- Familiarity with Salesforce modules such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Marketing Cloud
- Solid understanding of data security, access controls, and compliance within Salesforce.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable and secure technical solutions.
- Knowledge of at least one data visualization tool (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to align technical decisions across teams and explain concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in Agile environments and participating in sprint planning and technical reviews.
- Demonstrate punctuality and dependability to support overall team success in a fast-paced environment.

Obligatoire
- Baccalauréat en informatique ou dans un domaine connexe.
- Au moins cinq années d'expérience d'utilisation de la plateforme Salesforce dans un contexte technique.
- Solide compréhension de l'architecture et des outils de configuration de Salesforce, ainsi que des capacités de la plateforme.
- Expérience de la supervision technique du développement dans Salesforce, y compris Apex, les éléments de la plateforme Lightning, les flux de travaux et les intégrations d'API.
- Connaissance des modules Salesforce, tels que Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud et Marketing Cloud.
