The Role

We are looking for a SaaS B2B Sales & Client Success Manager to lead consultative software sales, support strategic marketing initiatives, and build long-term relationships with decision-makers. You will represent the product from first conversation through demo, closing, and ongoing relationship development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full B2B SaaS sales cycle (prospecting, demo, proposal, closing)
  • Deliver professional product demonstrations (Zoom meeting)
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with senior decision-makers
  • Learn the software in depth and position it based on client needs
  • Collaborate with leadership on sales strategy and product direction
  • Support marketing initiatives (content, outreach, campaigns, events)
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to continuous improvement
