About Us: At RJS Auto Tech, we pride ourselves on our fantastic work environment and an awesome customer base. We are currently seeking a motivated, personable Service Advisor who excels in customer service and is looking to make a real impact.

What We Offer:

  • Base Pay: $55,000 to $70,000 per year plus bonus potential
  • Benefits: Medical and dental coverage, vision care, and extended health care
  • Paid Time Off: 2 weeks paid vacation plus a bonus week between Christmas and New Year's
  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday – no weekends
  • Additional Perks: Team-building events, on-site parking, and a supportive work environment

Duties Include:

  • Providing outstanding customer service
  • Creating and presenting work orders to customers
  • Handling opening and closing duties
  • Managing the time of technicians
  • Ordering parts through our online system
  • Scheduling service appointments
  • Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document issues
  • Communicate service recommendations to customers based on vehicle inspections
  • Provide estimates for repairs and services
  • Upsell additional services as needed
  • Handle cash transactions and process payments

Experience Required:

  • 5-10 years as a Service Advisor
  • 5-10 years in Customer Service

Location: Scarborough, ON – Reliable commuting or relocation required before starting.
