**Duties**
- Greet customers warmly and assess their automotive service needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of services and repairs to customers, ensuring they understand the work being performed.
- Utilize your mechanical knowledge to recommend appropriate services based on vehicle condition and customer concerns.
- Process service orders, including cash handling and payment transactions accurately.
- Upsell additional services and products that enhance vehicle performance or safety.
- Collaborate with mechanics to ensure timely completion of services while maintaining quality standards.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and address any further questions or concerns.
- Maintain a clean and organized service area, adhering to dealership policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a dealership environment is preferred.
- Background as a mechanic or strong mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- Proven customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Sales experience, particularly in upselling automotive services, is a plus.
- Familiarity with automotive repair processes and terminology.
- Strong cash handling skills with attention to detail in processing transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Pay: $38,485.24-$70,915.70 per year
