Our client, a real estate investment and development company based in Toronto, is currently working on several projects focused on mixed use / Commercial in the downtown area. They offer a competitive base salary, benefits, vacation, and other company perks. Their head office is located in downtown Toronto.
Our client is seeking a Property Administrator to join their team. The candidate is a key member of the Property Management Team and provides administrative support to the Tenant Experience team. Reporting to the Director, Property Management the individual is responsible for a variety of services related to the operation of commercial and residential properties inclusive of but not limited to Accounts Receivable (A/R) reporting & processing, Accounts Payable (A/P) processing, tenant liaising and communications.
This role is a full time perm role.
