Job Description
The Property Administrator oversees the administrative and maintenance operations of a property. The Property Administrator is responsible for administration of property accounts receivable and management of resident accounts and provides superior customer service in all interactions with residents.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing Tenant Services, Property Administration, Payables and Office Administration.
- Provide administrative support including preparation of notices and other resident correspondence.
- Respond to resident inquiries, feedback, complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide process improvements that proactively enhance the customer experience.
- Maintain an orderly office area, including proper filing of all hard and soft copy documentation and correspondence.
- Assist with collection of delinquent rents.
- Answer incoming calls on multi-line telephones and referring inquiries.
- Generate work orders as required.
- Carry out ad-hoc and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- A passion for excellence in customer service delivery.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Strong command of MS Office products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Detail-oriented; ability to resolve problems using facts, sound reasoning and common sense.
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 or more years' experience in real estate property administration.
Preferred Attributes:
- Post-secondary education.

- Occasionally lift, carry, and move up to 10 pounds.
