We're seeking a client‑facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud (FSC a plus). You'll triage incidents, drive RCA, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients.

Requirements:

  • Salesforce Admin certification.
  • 5+ years' Salesforce Administrator experience is required.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Experience with FSC knowledge/certification, App Builder, Service Cloud advanced features, DevOps Center/Copado is preferred.
