About the role:

We're seeking a client‑facing Senior Salesforce Admin to own production support and configuration across Sales/Service Cloud (FSC a plus). You'll triage incidents, drive RCA, deliver admin/config solutions (users/roles/permissions, flows, validation rules, case processes), manage sandboxes and releases, and partner closely with business and clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting and enhancing existing logic in SFDC
  • Providing declarative code for project-related deliverables.
  • Handling all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks
  • Completing regular internal system audits and prepare for upgrades
  • Managing Salesforce data feeds and other integrations
  • Coordinating the evaluation, scope and completion of new development requests.
  • Assisting in training of new users, and grow the skill set across the organization
  • Effectively act as the liaison between our users, vendors and the application development teams
  • Work independently with members of the user community to define and document development requirements
  • Doing configuration with a high degree of efficiency and quality
    Interaction with application development teams and customer-facing resources

Education and Requirement:

  • 5-8 years' professional experience with supporting or troubleshooting applications with an object-oriented architecture.

  • Experience in configuration, customization, and data migration of Salesforce CRM application.

  • Experience handling Salesforce workflows, validation rules, email templates, roles, profiles, dashboards, reports

  • Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity

  • Experience in Financial Service Cloud is preferred

  • Strong understanding of best practices and functionality
  • Strong data management abilities
  • Experience in SOQL queries
    Salesforce Admin certifications required
