What the day will look like
- Support Account Executives and Associate Account Executives in managing assigned accounts.
- Oversee and execute key processes that serve clients effectively.
- Undertake internal activities related to client service processes.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to ensure smooth operation and client satisfaction.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills.
- Broker's license required, or must be obtained within 4 months of start date.
- Exemplary communication skills with the ability to maintain rapport and open, effective communication with clients and insurers.
- Capability to perform general account functions, including miscellaneous office duties to support client servicing.
- Ability to manage open items and respond to client or insurer ad-hoc requests efficiently.
- Active participation in the renewal process.
- Understanding of best practices and ability to leverage available resources.
- Alignment with the Aon Leadership Model, focusing on Client Value, Unmatched Teams, Innovation, Results, and Values.
