Data Manager Quality
passionné et rigoureux pour garantir la fiabilité, la cohérence et la conformité des données au sein de nos systèmes d'information. Vous jouerez un rôle central dans la mise en œuvre des processus de gestion de la qualité des données, en collaboration avec les équipes métiers, IT et data.

Missions
Pilotage de la qualité des données :

  • Mettre en place et superviser la stratégie de Data Quality Management à l'échelle de l'entreprise.
  • Définir les indicateurs de qualité (completude, cohérence, exactitude, unicité) et assurer leur suivi régulier.
  • Identifier et corriger les anomalies ou incohérences dans les jeux de données.
  • Établir les règles de validation et de contrôle automatiques pour maintenir un haut niveau de qualité.

Gouvernance Et Conformité

  • Collaborer avec les équipes Data Governance pour garantir le respect des politiques internes et des réglementations (RGPD, conformité métier, sécurité).
  • Contribuer à la documentation et à la cartographie des données afin d'assurer leur traçabilité et leur compréhension.
  • Participer à la mise en place de standards et de référentiels de données partagés (Master Data Management).

Support Et Accompagnement

  • Former et sensibiliser les équipes métiers à la culture Data Quality.
  • Collaborer avec les Data Owners et Data Stewards pour définir et maintenir les bonnes pratiques.
  • Fournir des reportings réguliers sur la qualité des données et leurs impacts business.

Profil recherché

  • Formation Bac+5 en informatique, data management ou statistiques.
  • Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans la gestion et la qualité des données.
  • Bonne connaissance des outils de Data Quality Management (Informatica, Talend Data Quality, Ataccama, Collibra…).
  • Maîtrise des bases de données relationnelles (SQL) et des environnements Cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Connaissance des principes de Data Governance et de Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Capacité à analyser, synthétiser et communiquer clairement les résultats.
  • Rigueur, esprit d'analyse, sens du détail et aptitude à travailler en transverse.
