Job Overview

Freshly Squeezed location (operated by ONTARIO INC.) in New Sudbury Center is looking for a "Beverage Server" to oversee the daily operations of the store.

You will be expected to work from the primary location at Unit 115 – New Sudbury Centre – 1349 Lasalle Boulevard, Sudbury, Ontario, P3A 1Z2.

This is a full-time permanent position in which you are expected to work up to 40 hours per week. The primary language of the job is English, see the remaining details of this job below:

Responsibilities

  • Take the orders accurately, and provide product recommendations based on customer preferences;
  • Prepare juices, smoothies, and other beverages, ensuring quality and consistency;
  • Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system to process orders, ensuring accuracy in all sales transactions.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of the menu offerings, ingredients, and nutritional information;
  • Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, utensils, and public areas;
  • Adhere to food safety standards, hygiene regulations, and franchise-specific policies to ensure customer safety and satisfaction;
  • Work closely with other staff members to ensure efficient operation;

Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Attention to detail and clear communication skills are essential for this role.

Benefits

  • 10 days' vacation and days off on statutory holidays per provincial and federal calendars
  • Standard overtime policy: overtime pay rate of 1.5 of regular rate will apply for each hour of work performed in the week after the total of 44 hours.
