**Job Title**: Food and Beverage Server

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and break down catering events, including tables, buffet stations, and bar set up
- Serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring guests' needs are met.
- Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service by being attentive, friendly, and professional.
- Refill beverages, clear plates, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Assist in the loading and unloading of catering supplies and equipment.
- Follow instructions from event managers, chefs, and supervisors.
- Handle guest inquiries and special requests with professionalism.
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance in accordance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in food service, catering, or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Must be Smart Serve Certified
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to stand, walk, and carry trays for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Knowledge of proper serving etiquette and food safety is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to various event locations.
- Ability to work at a quick pace with a sense of urgency
