Job Description:

We are looking for an outgoing and motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our team from March to August, with the possibility to continue afterward. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, learning new products, and contributing to sales growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell company products to existing and potential clients
  • Visit clients across Québec (travel required)
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Learn and present product information effectively
  • Support sales initiatives during peak seasonal periods
  • Be available to work some weekends in the spring and early summer

Required Qualifications:

  • Outgoing personality with strong communication skills
  • Quick learner, able to easily understand and explain products
  • Sales-oriented mindset
  • Reliable and committed to scheduled engagements
  • Available from March to August, including some weekends

Assets (Nice to Have):

  • Experience in horticulture, gardening, or agronomy
  • Previous sales experience
  • Access to a personal vehicle (strong asset, as client visits are part of the role)

Description du poste :

Nous sommes à la recherche d'un(e) représentant(e) junior aux ventes dynamique et motivé(e) pour se joindre à notre équipe de mars à août, avec possibilité de prolongation. Le poste convient à une personne sociable, orientée vers les ventes et désireuse d'apprendre et de développer des relations durables avec la clientèle.

Responsabilités :

  • Promouvoir et vendre les produits de l'entreprise auprès de clients existants et potentiels
  • Effectuer des visites clients à travers le Québec
  • Développer et maintenir de bonnes relations d'affaires
  • Apprendre rapidement les caractéristiques des produits afin de bien les présenter
  • Participer activement aux initiatives de vente pendant la haute saison
  • Être disponible certains week-ends au printemps et au début de l'été

Exigences :

  • Personnalité extravertie et excellentes habiletés de communication
  • Facilité d'apprentissage et intérêt pour les produits
  • Fort intérêt pour la vente
  • Sens de l'engagement et fiabilité
  • Disponibilité de mars à août, incluant certains week-ends

Atouts (un plus) :

  • Expérience en horticulture, jardinage ou agronomie
  • Expérience en vente
  • Posséder une voiture personnelle (fort atout, puisque les déplacements chez les clients font partie des responsabilités)
