The Role

Reporting into the Group CEO , the Vice President of Construction will have responsibility for the successful preconstruction planning, execution, close-out and handover of all projects on the owners behalf .

With your in-depth experience for overseeing complex construction projects, you will be involved in the conception, planning, design development, negotiation and contract execution. You will be in charge of overseeing project initiations, gathering scope definitions, budgets, schedules, building out a team of staff to perform construction and you must have strong experience in reviewing/implementation of construction management contracts.

As the VP of Construction, you will be a valued addition to the team and collaborate with the other members of Senior Leadership internally and all consultants externally, mentoring and developing the careers of your construction staff. You will also formulate contingency plans, including mitigating and resolving risk factors in a timely manner.

You will report directly to the CEO and you will be compensated with a generous VP of Construction salary and benefits package respectful of your experience.
