This is why we are actively searching for a Vice President of Investments to join the reputable Highrise residential developer at this time.

This is a new role for the organization designed to help elevate the business to the next level and help chart the path for the next major stage of growth. You would report to and work directly with the owners of the firm, the purpose of the role of the Vice President of Investments is to help enhance and accelerate growth through; Enhancing and growing the firms capital capabilities by nurturing existing relationships and sources of capital, expanding capital capabilities with new relationship, sources, structure and partnerships and scaling the pipeline by sourcing and unlocking new project or partnership opportunities

If you are a Senior Director of Investments or currently a VP of investments wanting more from your company then this can be the role for you.
