Responsibilities

Reporting into the EVP , you will lead a team of seven direct reports, so if you are currently a Senior Project Professional with at least 10 years of experience in high-rise project delivery and have experience in leadership this role would be ideal for you. The Vice-President of Construction will be responsible for overseeing multiple construction projects simultaneously from drawing development, through to post-turnover customer care, while working closely with senior management to support the goals of the company. If you thrive when working with consultants and directing a Construction Manager/ General Contractor to ensure projects are built to the design specification and on budget and schedule then you will be very successful in this role.
