Creative Operations

(Full-Time | Burlington Office | 5 Days/Week | In-Person Role)
Overview
We're building something extraordinary — a purpose-driven organization at the intersection of real estate, marketing, and advanced AI systems.
We're looking for a Creative Operations & AI Systems Manager who's ready to commit fully — someone who thrives in a fast-moving environment, learns at lightning speed, and wants to help build brands, systems, and results that set new standards of excellence.
This is not a remote or part-time role.
It's a hands-on, high-impact position for someone who wants to master world-class AI tools, marketing workflows, and operational systems while working directly with senior leadership across multiple business divisions.
What You'll Do
Real Estate & Marketing Operations
- Prepare and process offers, listing paperwork, and compliance documents using SkySlope and MLS systems.
- Coordinate photography, video, signage, and print materials for listings and marketing campaigns.
- Manage the full 60-step listing workflow, ensuring every step — from paperwork to marketing delivery — is executed with precision.
- Maintain brand consistency and quality across all listings and creative deliverables.
AI & Systems Development
- Work daily with advanced AI tools, prompts, and automations to accelerate productivity and quality.
- Help design and optimize system automations, Google Sheets integrations, and operational systems.
- Use AI to produce 10x-quality marketing content and process improvements — full training provided for the right candidate with the right mindset.
Creative Execution
- Create and adapt high-quality designs using Canva, Adobe, and AI-enhanced tools.
- Edit copy, layouts, and campaigns to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strong visual impact.
- Collaborate across teams to take ideas from concept to execution with precision and creativity.
Leadership & Project Support
- Support leadership with presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for client and internal projects.
- Manage timelines, anticipate needs, and ensure smooth execution of high-priority initiatives.
- Occasionally attend on-site listings or project installations to oversee coordination.
Who You Are
- Driven, organized, and adaptable — you thrive in fast-paced, high-expectation environments.
- Equally strong in creative design, systems thinking, and operational follow-through.
- A quick learner who embraces new technology and AI tools daily.
- Obsessed with accuracy, presentation, and efficiency.
- Comfortable balancing structure with creative problem-solving.
- Ready to dedicate yourself fully to a role that rewards excellence and growth.
Requirements
- 3+ years in real estate or similar operations, marketing coordination, or creative project management.
- Proficiency (or fast learning ability) with AI platforms such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Zapier, Salesforce or GoHighLevel.
- Strong experience with Canva, Google Workspace, and CRM tools.
- Excellent written and visual communication skills.
- Must work on-site full-time (no remote option) and be available for travel to listings or media shoots when required.
Why This Role Is Unique
This is not a typical administrative or marketing role — it's a creative-operations hybrid at the heart of a growing, innovation-driven organization.
You'll be trusted with meaningful responsibilities, learn from high-performing leaders, and help design systems and campaigns that reach across industries.
If you're ready to go all in, develop elite-level skills in AI, marketing, and business systems, and help bring major ideas to life — this role will stretch and reward you in equal measure.
The Transformation Opportunity
This position is designed to transform you — professionally and personally.
You'll work directly with the CEO of multiple companies, a mindset and performance coach, and a group of high-level executives who are building one of the most forward-thinking real estate and business ecosystems in the region.
You'll develop mastery in AI systems, operational excellence, branding, and leadership — while being mentored to think strategically, execute precisely, and grow intentionally.
Over time, the goal is for this role to evolve into a long-term leadership and stakeholder opportunity, where your contributions and growth directly shape the company's future.
If you're ready to commit fully, push your limits, and become the kind of professional who leads with both creativity and discipline — this is the opportunity that will change your trajectory.
We're looking for someone who is serious about committing to themselves and to the mission — not halfway, not part-time, not while juggling other jobs or side projects.
This is for the person who's ready to go all in — to be part of something meaningful, demanding, and rewarding; to build excellence from the inside out and grow into a critical part of the company's future.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: From $36,000.00 per year
