Job Summary

Looking to build your career in logistics and supply chain operations? We are hiring a Logistics Assistant to support day-to-day coordination of shipments, inventory, and logistics documentation. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with coordinating inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare and maintain shipping, receiving, and logistics documentation
  • Track deliveries, inventory levels, and order status
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams
  • Update logistics records and spreadsheets accurately
  • Support warehouse and operations teams with daily logistics tasks
  • Help resolve delivery or scheduling issues as they arise

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, warehouse, or operations support
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, email, and basic inventory systems
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment
  • Reliable, detail-focused, and team-oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
